Well Completion
GEM provides the following services:
- Technical support using the country’s choice technology (shaped charge for perforation casing clearance, firing heads, TCP configuration, etc).
- Well site supervision for shooting and correlation operations.
- Relations with international and local services companies providing perforating services.
- Advice and assistance in obtaining authorizations and any other legal requisite from the Italian Mining Authorities (U.N.M.I.G.).
- Advice and assistance in obtaining authorizations and any other legal requisite from the local police station (Questura).
- Assistance in the supervision of international and local services companies.
- Advice and assistance for the drafting of mandatory Service Orders and National Risks Assessments.
- Evaluation and simulation of the performance of the most excellent technologies currently available related to shaped charges in order to optimise the production, injection and flow in oil and gas wells.
- Appraisal of the most correct perforating solutions, configurations and type of explosives to be used in order to obtain the best results in terms of production, cost, etc.
- Supervision of the drilling operations (correlation of the perforating guns’ depth in WL or TCP). Loading guns and assessment of the cement bond log in order to determine the need for any corrective operations (hydraulic isolation).
- Well site management of all the documents related to the use of explosives required by the local and national Law and Authorities. Drafting of final reports to be submitted to the Authorities.
